Claire's right of course but do persist if you find they don't want to listen at first. Many HCPs, in my experience, find it difficult to believe that individuals have different reactions to different insulins. There are lots of alternatives to the two that you are on, so it is worth asking to try others to see if they suit you better.
Of course it could be something else entirely that's causing your symptoms... not insulin at all... so it's also important to see if the docs have any other suggestions.
