Unilever - Makers of extremely healthy and very goood for you, honest, virtually sat fat free non chemically altered margarines or is that spreads. Of course they wouldn't want to tarnish butter's healthy reputation would they? nah.

About 40% of people who have a heart attack become diabetic within 2 years of their attack. Must mean that they were prediabetic or had metabolic syndrome for a while beforehand. It must a complex problem to assess, but blaming butter is scare mongering. Also, vegetarian ghee is pure transfat. I would expect more from the BBC.
