Today I am liking Dr James Muecke, an Australian ophthalmologist who has dealt with diabetes induced blindness professionally for many years but has recently been found to be TOFI himself with fatty liver. Well worth a listen

Today I've listened to Gary Taubes, Mary Roberts and Anna Vicino
I've been motivated, informed and, best of all, it helps me realise that low carber/ keto is now followed by many millions worldwide and many of the medical profession is ctaching up too.
