4.1 this morning. 61 hours into fasting so this number is not really an achievement. I will be breaking my fast today and if hopefully reading tomorrow morning stays in 5.x then that will be happy times.

Good morning all,

4.6 again for me today -- the same as for the last four days. Meter seems to be stuck (not that I'm complaining).

@hankjam -- Hugs for the repeated nightmares. Do you think they might be on by hypo territory low blood sugars at night and subsequent liver dumps? For me, this often seems to be the reason for very vivid dreams.
@DJC3, @PenguinMum, @Ryhia and @Estragon -- Brilliant fbgs yesterday, well done.

Thank you @ziggy_w. I seem to have ok results with chicken and veg soup for some reason considering its a higher carb content than I ususoally eat happy with the results. I also need to remember that little glass of whiskey which makes a difference but usually has a delayed reaction.

Morning All. 5.9 on Swipey but 6.1 in the real world, was lower early but overslept by 45 mins. Thanks @ianpspurs pity Swipey isnt a fan of FFF.
