Hi I was put on 12 units am/pm took just before breakfast then just before evening meal
I took this amount for 2 weeks recording my pre meal bs and 2 hr post bs
After 2 weeks I clicked 1 extra unit until I was getting good bs levels
So I started on 12 and had levels of 16 bs until I reached 20 units and bs of 6
This is what I done but every one is different and also what you eat makes a difference

Hi I was told for optimum use of the quick acting to be most effective just before your first mouthful
I was not given much advice to begin with was injecting 20 mins before hand and was not given much advice on how to increase dosage , so done some research and found what worked best for me .
