Low blood sugars in early pregnancy

I have googled this a lot but found no info:
I think I am pregnant (too early to do preg test) - and have been feeling sick. Did anyone keep having hypos early on in pregnancy? I have had about 4 hypos today.

I'm 5 weeks, and have had a few more hypos than normal, but idk if that's just because I've been so scared of being high I've taken extra insulin. Have you done a test yet? Hope you're getting on ok xox
