Woah you all got such good numbers! This morning (7am) was the first time I’ve measured (still don’t know what I’m really doing). It was 10.1 and continued to rise to 12.1 without even eating!!
Within 40 minutes it’s already down to 8.1 - I’ve been reading about the dawn effect? And I didn’t eat pizza yesterday evening. That’s why I’ve started looking at trends now so I can amend my behaviours.
