Libre 2 signal error

Hi.
I have recently changed to using this as my primary diabetes management. I'm having problems with it always saying signal loss and can't get around it.
Any help would be appreciated

Your best bet would be to call Abbott to see whether it’s a faulty sensor. If it is, they’ll send you out a free replacement.

Hello Shaun, and welcome! Have you connected your sensor with smartphone? Can you measures even when you receive alarm or message with signal loss?

Welcome to the forum.

If you are using your phone? you could go into settings, app manager. systems apps. find bluetooth then clear cache & memory. then restart.
also try turning off "make my phone visible to other devices" in bluetooth?

Other BT devices & even wifi could be interfering with the connection? So, a process of elimination by turning these off may help you work out the issue..
