Much depends on how much you took. If you took the same amount as you would have taken for rapid you'll probably not have anything to worry about other than possibly going a bit on the high side with your BG. The effects of levemir are long acting unlike rapid which peaks after a short time and then falls off quite rapidly.

Firstly you’d reduce your bedtime dose by how much you had with your meal

I’d personally still have the rapid with the meal and consider that I’ve just had my levemir early

The peak action on levemir is about 5 hours so just keep an eye on your bg and for the feelings of being hypo and snack if required

I think most of us do it at some point… I once too novorapid instead of levemir.. that’s a bit riskier but again keep an eye on bg and eat your way through it if needed
