What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hello all,

Haven't posted for a while. Fasting levels for the last five days were 5.1, 5.2 and 4.9. No readings for the last two days because I ran out of strips and the seller has been a bit slow posting the reorder. I guess it will be another two days before the strips will arrive.

Yesterday 6.2 and I got a 4.8 this morning. It seems the difference is 3 dough balls and a piece of chocolate. Still adapting to repurposed carb living

I'd prefer my numbers to start with a 5 but that's because I've got a cute roadster sitting outside that loves being driven.

As to the HbA1c I'm hoping for good numbers but it's the first since going onto insulin and I'm on insulin because I royally screwed up on pills. Expecting a lot better but not 100% yet.
