My weight stayed the same, I am gutted as I've been
Trying really hard. It just doesn't want to come off
Very fast. Oh well at least I didn't go up.
Better luck next week. Hope everyone is well.
I know it's clichéd to say but it's a marathon not a sprint. If you want to discuss further what you have been doing to seek refinement then creating a new thread could help

Weight fluctuates daily, hopefully the trend is going downwards but your body will change. Less fat, more muscle, water retention, eaten something salty... It all can make for fluctuations and is not sonstraight forward as a simple weight drop

Are you weighting yourself similar time and conditions? I.e. to be blunt my weigh in first thing after going to the toilet, and mostly unclothed... That sets me a standard baseline

Good luck on your journey!

Staying steady at 72.5kg this week

keeping pretty stable and that’s okay as I am eating more and feeling a lot better about myself.

Got gym later with a personal trainer today to help with the flabby bits hopefully… that’s the aim anyway, don’t want to be muscled but would like to get that sorted

89.9 (increase of 1.4kg) First increase since taking control of diet in December. Definitely related to a full work week on the road and some loss of attention to diet. The positive is that I am continuing to post here and will not let this get away from me as it has before. Trying a variation in diet with High Protein, Low Carb and Fat (PE Diet) for a few weeks to change it up

On Friday my 10-day moving average was 199.3, down from 199.9

Feels good to be below 200, next goal is 190.

Bullies
Well back with stomach swelling off/on and awaiting a day op next month. So a few lb up from water. On the lowest insulin amount ever. I'm delighted with insulatard and very little novarapid and metformin for now til just before op. I'm praying at the end I'm back to good on Metformin. It's always been my saving grace.
Hoping to lose few lb once swelling gone from my injured forearm too. Feels like a toothache in my arm. And we all know how that irritating pain can be, right?
I'm looking forward to losing with effort again but for now at least my weight isn't out of hand just irratic, week on week.

87.6kg (lost 2.3kg) Being on a low calorie high protein PE Ratio diet for 7 days. Seems to have helped and will continue with it
