Morning All. 6.8 when tested at 0700. Mr Libre gave me 5.6 when I woke at 05.30 but I wasnt prepared to get up then. It now seems that DP runs away the minute I open my eyes. My daytime and bedtime levels are good.

Still nursing left knee so no running again today, have walked 6k and it’s held up to that , may try a gentle recovery run tomorrow to see how it is.

Flying medical today, let’s hope this one goes better than last time .

Knee ok walking , doesn’t feel quite ready to run yet, no additional pain from 6k walk yesterday, not pain free yet. Frustrating but trying to do as I am told for once.

Beautiful morning, might go for a quick walk before the drive to Stansted.
