Diet drinks - the artificial sweeteners taste vile.
Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
Following on from my other post about anaemia, does anyone know how a low red blood cell count can skew an HbA1c?
Trying to get my head around it.
Also tracking back, the estimated HbA1c from my Freestyle Libre is 5.9% and my latest result is 7.0%.

Anaemia can cause a higher calculated HbA1c.
Investigating further.
