Fewer carbs, less insulin, less variability?
As much as I have no beef with Dr B's solution.
In the real world using insulin. & balancing a job & life.
The "slin" don't always play ball either way. & believe me, I can do a whole day fasting. & i'm on some relatively low shot numbers.
To be fair, I can predict the fixes. Even the stress getting behind the wheel of my works truck can shoot me up as if I had slyly necked a 10g biscuit. That's with nill by mouth for breakfast.
Come out on some jobs with me for a week, or to a gig as I'm going hypo when my basal should actually be tailing off? & I'll let you study my CGM.
(You can't get smaller numbers than that.)
