The following is a blog on chelation that a supplement seller has written, so the potential for bias and or sales pitch should be taken on board when reading it

To reinforce this, it seems that the chelated form is considered to be a prescribable drug, and carries the following warnings

I have no experience with the chloride version, but it is not chelated and is an inorganic salt. Not sure if the spray is sublingual or just a means of giving a liquid-based transport mechanism that eases digestion, The following discusses the different chemical compounds of magnesium that can be used to supplement

People that can't say sorry.
I find that mine are crunchable. They dissolve to a chalky mess in the mouth. Not exactly pleasent but better than choking

Likely to be with “ anti caking agents” and neither hubby or I tolerate this in tablets or capsules.....

I have been on magnesium supplement for about a week and a half and take 250mg at night (1 tab). I am sleeping a bit better and i have a regular daily bowl movement now

Other things i had was musclular twitching but had that for 20ish yrs and 2 other things and they seem better now as well. So its a work in progress but everyone on here is a great source of information and help
