Hi @Goldheart and welcome to the forums. Do you have or suspect you have diabetes? "Hot and cold" isn't a symptom I particularly associate with diabetes (though as I'm not a doctor that doesn't mean much) but as @MrsA2 said, it could be a fever. Have you spoken to your doctor?
