Late again as I’ve not been in but this is weigh in day losing inches not weight weirdly.

Lunch boiled eggs & some dark mint chocolate
Dinner bolognese and meatballs
Snack scone with clotted cream only have half as it spiked me through the roof from 4.8 to 10.4

Exercise walking 200 minutes with some speed walking flung in for good measure. Good for little old me as I was out of practice for sure. I’d normally amble with the dogs very slowly read lazy walking.
