Hi All

I have been buying almond flour from costco but its got 20g carb per 100g. Is that notmal. Are there any other places that someone can recommend. Ingredients say blanched almonds only. The sticker on website says something else so i dont have the exact carb g per 100g but bit worried why it would be that high.
Any guidance please.

I just use ground almonds from Tesco, much cheaper than almond flour and only 3.8g carbs per 100g

If it’s a costco brand it’s likely American, in which case you would need to subtract the fibre from the total carbs. They label carbs differently in the US. In the UK fibre is already separated from the total carb amounts.
