I did my half marathon in April and came out fresh as a daisy and could have done another one.
I did my long run of 8km yesterday and I have had to have 2 naps already today as I feel so drained. I'm not sure it is CFS (which I've been diagnosed as having) but I'm wondering if it's something called Diabetes Fatigue?
Anyone have any ideas or tips
