Diabetes Fatigue or CFS?

I did my half marathon in April and came out fresh as a daisy and could have done another one.

I did my long run of 8km yesterday and I have had to have 2 naps already today as I feel so drained. I'm not sure it is CFS (which I've been diagnosed as having) but I'm wondering if it's something called Diabetes Fatigue?

Anyone have any ideas or tips

Then all I can say, as a fellow CFS sufferer, is that you seem to have done very well to only need a couple of naps after that run. I don't know what diabetes fatigue is

Do you mean fatigue as a symptom of diabetes? That usually occurs when levels are high. How are yours? How are you managing and assessing it?
