What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Fasting blood sugars over last week 6.9, 6.1, 5.6, 8.6, 4.2, 6.4, 4.8, 5.2. Continuing much better diet, chicken, fish, salads, small jacket potato, cheese, need to keep it up.

5.7 which was fab.
A light snack I have found that doesn’t raise my blood is raw peppers with coleslaw. A healthy replacement for my crisps (love love them) with coleslaw. X

Winner for the number and winner for finding a snack that you like and didn't raise ur glucose levels .

My FBG was 5 at 9.00 am.
I have had a Booster vaccine dose of
Pfizer two days ago. It seems it has not effected my glucose levels.

This morning I was 6.4. Last night - hangs head in shame - I had pizza. Papa John’s ; was absolutely beautiful. I was too scared to test 2 hours after. I was just sick of eating food I dislike ; but I think I needed that to b on it again. X
