I am now 3 weeks post op walking is back to normal and I’m speeding walking too. I feel great.

breakfast coffee and boiled eggs mashed with butter
Lunch chicken stir fry
Dinner spicy cauliflower soup, lettuce burger bun with all the trimmings
Snacks a Costa latte and dark mint chocolate

calories 1656 have my appetite back not sure that’s good or bad lol!! Still within maintenance though as that’s 1700-1800

5 mile walk with some jogging and speed walking thrown in

Protein 76g

over in carbs but I’m not worried about it not like in the past I’d fret and worry. Now I let that go.
Looking at swimming but the pools in my area are a bit naff or not open sadly oh the joys.
Have been thinking of weights too as I did in the past.
that should be interesting if I do of for a google and then bed as I like a routine of reps to do. I’ll do what I did last time a take it slow and build from it.
