Thought it would be cool to see how all our shopping lists differ as it might offer something new to each others next shopping list... I buy the same things over and over again and would be nice to be given some new ideas.

chicken breast
beef diced
steak
eggs
mayo
cheese coleslaw
cheese
double cream
greek yoghurt
85/90 dark chocolate
Top Halo ice cream
tuna
no added SnS tomato Ketchup

Sausages
Bacon
Roasted Peanuts
Lemon flavoured water
Cacao
coconut flour

My shopping list varies every week. I strive on variety not repetition of the same food week on week.

The term “new normal “
I online order dozens of eggs, two liters of egg whites, 5 packs of salmon, a bunch of tubs of cottage cheese. a huge amount of whey protein.

I walk to the market daily to buy my dinner, usually looks like this, but I’ll swap the protein, chicken, fish… very boring lol.

Some nice items in there that I hadn't considered I only asked to see if there was more things I could add myself as its been a bit repetitive this last year... luckily I enjoy the things I eat but from time to time my mouth waters at the idea of something thats on the no list... and these might help me overcome it.

You've got more variety going on than I do, as I'll leave out my husband's carby things for ease.
I shop online for my meat (chicken, pork and beef) from Dutch companies that sell them without the usual additives you'd find in supermarket meats, and sourced from small farms with cows, pigs and chickens who have lived happy, long lives. I buy for about 200 euro's a month, I think 12 to 14 kilo's worth. (Which of course is shared with my husband.)

From the supermarket:
tallow
salmon (frozen)
goat's cheese (Grated and/or sliced)
eggs, eggs, eggs!!!
bacon
ham (cold cuts)
roast beef (also cold cuts, all to cheer up the eggs)
shrimp
dutch smoked sausages (Unox rookworst)

Once in a while I'll order a refill box of decaf Nespresso, and I mainly drink tapwater, so nothing from the supermarket drinks-wise.

Ill need to check out the dutch smoked sausages I reckon they will be a lot tastier and without all the filler that's in your typical sausage link.
