Hi

Just wondered your opinion on the following OGTT results?

Fasting: 5.6
1 hour: 3.4
2 hour: 3.3

Rest was done because of fasting level on random test. The test was for my nephew, age 38. Slim, golf pro.

Did he do the rapilose drink or something else.. ?

I'll guess huge load of insulin produced in reaction to the drink pushing BG low but probably quite normal for anyone without a disordered metabolism.

Why did he have the test?

Because his fasting is elevated.

To me, only because of the information given, it will probably be a pancreatic condition. I don't see diabetes.
