I've not tried hummus yet - mostly because I can't really imagine it without really good flatbread. I think, for my sanity, I won't think too hard about that. I do feel your pain!

Thanks. I will use a particular variety of celery which is technically only available for 8 weeks of the year (4 for purists) - just in season now.

B/g went too high after gym yesterday so had 20mg gliclazide, 2 hours after in the 3’s
