Well if that doesn't show the power of the CGM nothing does, amazing improvement by adjusting your carbs based on real time data.
Your next A1c should see a wonderful improvement

Many thanks - yes, I'm really hoping my A1c will go down!

Just completing the loop: HbA1c in Dec was 35.16 (rounded up to 36?) so has really come down.
Still surprising given my Average Glucose is consistently 6.6 to 6.7 from Libre, which is also consistent with Finger Prick readings. My fasting glucose is also typically above 6.5.

Wondering if HbA1c is falsely lowered.

Here is latest month's AGP

Any reason to suspect anemia or other blood cell issues?
Good question. My grandmother had pernicious anaemia.

Latest blood tests showed a high transferrin saturation level , so the possibility of iron overload. But ferritin level is normal indicating healthy iron stores.
(All this from private Medichecks report - have not had these iron tests done before on NHS)
Have been taking multivitamin supplements including iron the last few months so will stop those.

If you have a condition which can affect your hba1c, you can ask for a fructosamine test, it's an alternative way of estimating hba1c.
