The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
No idea but I am doing the same - herbs and all of that amazes me. My cupboard is full of herbal teas and have just got some beetroot and orange to try.

Does anyone drink mulberry leaf tea, if so what effects does it have on sugar levels?
For me Green Tea lowers my bg, I drink copious amounts.

Mmmm! Mulberries.

I will have to go around a mates place, he has a large mulberry tree in his backyard and scrounge some berries as well leaves. Will have to make sure there'e no silk worms living in them.

I had read about this somewhere too and I had also wondered if it had any effect on improving levels?
