Ok so back in 2019 I was admitted to hospital with acute pancreatitis and trigs of 74mmol/L put straight on meds then later on in 2019 my triglycerides on the meds went down to 8.7 mmol then in they went up 28.1mmol. With exercise and low cal I got my trigs down to 1.7 went to A&E pain in pancreas and my numbers came back as 30.1mmol/L I have the letters with 75mmol/l and the doctor sending a request for me to see a biochemist maybe I need another full lipid count and see my consultant as I have pain in my pancreas suffering again.

Sorry I’m still convinced there’s an error somewhere here. Triglycerides of 83mmol/L equate to over 7000mg/dL. The world record is apparently just over 3000mg. 30mmol is still nearly 3000 mg. Whether it’s figures from one test being reported as another or decimal points being missing or sheer random numbers it makes no sense. I’m shocked that no one is running around doing all sorts of things to you with numbers like this if they are as reported here.

Also I posted some stuff about my triglycerides. Got a doctors appointment today they are referring me to hospital, a specialist and have to go for bloods so I will know what’s going on.
