Hi managed to check ketones through a urine stick, my sister has them as she's a nurse associate. Walking sounds a good idea but like I said I dont leave the house alot now, as before I used to get panic and anxiety attacks going out so stopped doing it, now as i feel so unwell all the time I don't do next to nothing, sugars at 21 still today, had 4 units of insulin at dinner but started coming down fast again and ended up having around 80 grams of carbs and it's around the same so In a way it's good it would of come down if I didn't have extra carbs but it's not put it up either, and when it does come down it comes down really fast IE 10mmol sometimes in 30 minutes and I dont know when it's going to stop crashing so reluctant to let it get to normal ranges when it crashes so fast and I don't know why, and as I live on my own I probably do correct alot earlier than I should. But this doesn't happen every time so I am just lost at the minute. IAM doing my nova rapid and just sitting here scanning on libre and checking sugars waiting and praying for the 3 hours are up as I know after around 3 hours the insulin in my system won't have a huge effect untill I have another one. Then IE last night had another 3 correctional doses of 2/3 units and it didn't do alot, but I don't want to give more than 2/3 units correctional dose at a time as sometimes when it does work it can cause the fast crashing again. Just fed up now, looked at some photos a year or so ago when I was even drinking and smoking and looked healthier, lost loads of weight,colour and feel horrible all the time, you try ringing 111 for anything they just say to go to as, just get up each
