Exercise walk 3 miles brisk pace and some jogging in there too
Weights mainly legs 30 minutes

dinner sirloin steak rare and roasted veg
Ice cream an espresso

Snack latte and cheesecake, dark chocolate. Low carb bounty(homemade)

surprised at the carb content as I thought the cheesecake was higher carbs but wasn’t woohoo!!!
Fibre a bit low but over the week I think it’s balancing itself out.I also have to watch the amounts or I can’t leave the house for a few hours. Thankfully I work from home.

Calories are a bit high but I went all out yesterday as I was hungry for some reason as I’m surmising it’s hormonal even if I’m over the menopause as every few months I want to pig out and have to watch that as I could easily eat 3500 calories like I have in the past. I filled in my app for it all to hold myself accountable.

what I’m also finding is I don’t burn the same calories anymore for exercise. I know why I’m a lighter weight now so need to go further if I want more exercise calories. What I’m doing exercise wise I think is fine for me but I’ll be lifting more as of next week. I’m looking forward to it
