I’m back did ya missed me lol!!

ok here goes yesterday

breakfast warm coffee x2 yogurt raspberries and mocha creamer in it pint of water

lunch warm coffee and yogurt with raspberries water

dinner bacon omelette with 4 eggs need it pint of water

no exercise today recovering from mouth ulcers and can’t eat a lot either and it’s all soft to boot bacon was in my omelette yesterday as I can now chew woohoo!!!!

sadly have lost weight but I knew this would happen as I’m eating 600-1200 calories a day but slowly upping them daily as I don’t want to overwhelm the system as I will get cramps and that over fullness again or want to be sick.

Main thing is im on the mend thankfully.
