just remember that diet is not the be all and end all to the problem of type 2 diabetes.
insulin resistance may exist to a greater or lesser extent in different people and the endobarrier appears to
play a role in the secretion/absorption of hormones and enzymes in the first part of the intestine. diet and exercise may help
but if the disease is present, the endobarrier seems to be able to deal with this better than diet and exercise in the type 2 diabetic.
