Didn't wake up until 9.00am so the DP damage had been done by then! That is an advantage of working for yourself and mostly at home as the commute time between bed and office is around 30 seconds. The disadvantage is you tend to end up working very late :lol:

Never had test strips in a long time so bought some from ebay to have a look at whats going ons o guess thats not good.
Have to admit im rebelling at the moment and not took my glucophage for 2 weeks and think i'm paying the price
Thing is My HBA1c has never been over 6.9 even on first diagnosis back in 2008 so got it in my head that i really didnt need to start the drugs in 2010 and that "they" were wrong so decided to have a go without think i may have been wrong?
