This morning - 6.6 getting worse!!!!!!!

Going to have to have a rethink.

And ....... now at 7.1 - No food yet so maybe it's my own fault?!?!? Feel really down about this today, not normally one for being all sad about being diabetic but today I feel like going home, getting back in bed and having a good ole cry.

5.4 at 06:30.

Went back to bed for a couple of hours.

5.7 @ 08:30. My liver was determined to wake me up! :lol:

Was a bit naughty yesterday and ate too much in the evening - BG already on target, but just kept feeling so hungry. Happens now and then.

5.6 for me. Had breakfast but forgot to eat lunch, now 4.9 at 7.00pm. These numbers are a mystery to me.

I was up at 04:00 for the bathroom but decided that was too early :shock: . Yes, I do go to the loo at least once during every night. Have done for years. No, it doesn't worry me - it's nothing to do with diabetes, I think it may be an over-excitable bladder. At least I wake up! :lol:

Right having a stupid day today. 6.8 when I woke up 7.2 two hours later after an entirely normal breakfast by which time I'm normally low 5's high 4's, no outward signs of illness so... :***:

So today will be no more testing, an Indian takeaway tonight and a nice relaxing G&T. No point stressing.
