Thats the second lowish one in 2 days. Maybe my body is re-adapting again now I have dropped from 80-100g of carbs down to 60-80g of carbs 10 days ago. It went up for a week, now its going back down.

6.4 this morning, but...... I did have some "normal" bread toasted. I'm bad I know.

When did you have the toast, Gillianre? Before or after you tested? Sorry, but your post could be read either way - "toast last night", for instance.

Or I'm being a bit thick this morning :lol: . Not unusual!

Either way, 6.4 is still within the NICE guidelines for Type 2.

Hi. My bg is always around 10 - 12 in the morning. It comes down before lunch but how do I get the morning bg down? Really fed up.

5.7 today. I didn't check fasting yesterday, but I was 4.8 2 hours after lunch.

I seem to remember we had a discussion last year about high temperatures raising BG levels?
