What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Oh….6.4 blood prick (checked twice) I was shocked). 5.6 on Dexcom. Very low carb…no carbs at diner and dinner was at 5. Silly pancreas.
Gym today was abs and a bike ride. I then recycled our soft plastics, styrofoam and water bottles. I love getting all that out of the garage.
Sunny but cool today. Minus one this morning.

5.8 libre. Just about grab some breakfast make a start on some housework not sure why a little higher. Biomass Boiler at pool has apparently been fixed late yesterday will take a couple of days to get back upto heat. Heading for a fairly cold swim should be a nice and toasty shower after. Have ordered some relatively light weights to strap onto arms and legs for walks as an alternative to swimming when pool closes for winter.

Edit added below alongside screenshot:

Compression low is the small drop for a few hours whilst slept. Half twelve til 3.45am that's total sleep managed sleeping is difficult which perhaps explains the slightly higher levels.

6.5 this morning, gp says its a strained lower back and I have to agree. I have started using Magnesium oil from H&B along with Epsom salt baths. All seems to help. At least I can walk and move around, just not sit for long! Cannot take ibuprofen etc due to asthma.
