Hiya guys
Quick question what does 20g of carbs look like, for exmaple is it a cup of cauliflower or handful of green beans.
Reason i ask is i am trying to low carb but not sure on my amounts, i reckon i will be trying for 50-80g per day but how easy is it to go over this, i mainly eat broccoli, cauliflower,greenbeans and spinich with my main meal, lunch is usually a salad with baby gems, cuecumber, peppers, carrots(not sure on these are they are pretty sweet) stopped having tomatoes spike me too much, some time have onions and cheese with meat or fish.
Breakfast is a omlette peppers and mushrooms or bacon and egg.
Just not sure on the portion sizes per gram.
