It's 6.3mmol this morning after eating a Jumbo sausage from Chip shop, just could not help myself, the wifey had fish and chips and 2 oat cake biscuits with peanut butter on last night at 9pm, I went wild and rebelled :shock: so not too bad.

4.2 at 08:00 today. Lowest ever! :thumbup:

This despite 4 slices of local wholemeal bread and some hummus last night! :crazy:

Good morning

7am - 3.7 feeling wobbly,
its the result of eating chicken methi last night, fresh fenugreek has given me low bg levels before, but didnt expect to do this to me overnight.

7.5 at 6.30am

My daytime readings are mostly in the 8's with a few 7's, no wild fluctuations apart from the very rare 10. Had a 10 yesterday after eating a few sugar free sweets and I had gone down the cliffs and back up, exercise seems to increase my bg.
Getting metformin next months so hope that will decrease the bg a little.
