i was told i have nerve damage to my left hand fingers they have been numb for around 2 years and now loose my balance and doctor said that could be due to nerve damage from diabetes my control is pretty good i range mornings before meals 5.4 to 6.5
and 8.0 to 10.6mml 2 hours after meal my last hba1c was 6.1 i think.

Hi Lister,

Your Dr. needs to help you with this. It is alright him telling you it is neuropathy but has he offered you any pain relief or an appointment with a Diabetes Specialist? I noticed that on another post you were having investigations because of possible kidney damage. You do really need to push for an appointment.
