GP's, Diabetes Nurses.Crazy NHS guidelines on diet for Diabetics, they are seeing off millions.

Seriously do tell us if you are daibetic, and what if anything are you doing to control your BG's. do you test BG's etc.

It at first sounds like a night hypo.

I don't have hypo's so I'm hoping that somebody will be along to help you with more valuable advice.

Hi. I'm not diabetic but pre so not on any meds. My blood sugar can go pretty high but at the moment it's pretty good. Had results back today and was 5.9 so pleased with that. But I do get the shakes sometimes in the middle of the night, I feel like I'm going to die.

Remember that not every symptom or medical condition is linked to Diabetes. Our bodies can go wrong in other ways, just the same as non-diabetics.

Please, please talk to your doctor about this. It could be related, or tit could be completely unrelated, but only your Doctor can tell you that.
