Apologies in advance Patch but I am so glad you started this thread. otherwise I would never have known what hppened to your earlier thread as I have been out all day.

In my case I often assume its my retinopathy "playing up" when things disappear and I spend hours searching because my eyes do play tricks on me.
A little like that warning in very thin red letters about someone else having posted and that I might wish to review my post etc. Well sometimes I can see this notice and sometimes I can't. I spend a lot of time wondering what happened to my innocuous {in my opinion} posts which seem to have been deleted!
