Just a short woohoo!! from me. Today I felt great, so out for a walk. November was sunny here today. Had planned 5 miles, but then towards the end of those, I thought why not do 5 more, so I did. Then towards the end of those, my feet were a bit sore, but I had forgotten to get an ingredient for dinner, so had to go to the shop too before heading home.
On way home, I felt a bit tired in my feet, so decided to run up the hill just to prove a point to myself.
11 miles later, I feel a bit tired, but nothing like it would have been just 3 months ago. Yay for some level of fitness finally sneaking up on me.
That's all. Just chuffed.
