Three months ago I was but on a whole load of new meds (gliclazide plus metformin and new cholesterol tabs) following a rather disasterous blood reading of 11.5. Today I timidly asked for the results of the test taken Christmas Eve. 7.3! and my cholesterol 3.8! There was a message on the screen from the doc saying well done, keep up the good work. I am over the moon to say the least. Just the shot in the arm to start a new year off well.

I hope everywone else here has similar good news to share, or if not at least know everyone is rooting for them either way. Happy 2013 everyone.
