Thanks for posting this Pheonix, a really interesting article. I like the fact that he talks about the different types of exercise having a different effect on your BG. This is something I'm trying to get my head around at the minute, I can't work out why sometimes training pushes levels up and then other times decreases them. I was diagnosed T1 at Christmas so I know I have a long way to go yet. I hope I'll be able to manage my training in the same way and not let diabetes stop me. Thanks again!
