I need help in understanding the physical changes feelings that I am going through
Ie dizzy , light headed weak etc

Have youbeen diagnosed with diabetes? You can check out an article about the symptoms of diabetes--http://www.diabetesplan.org/diabetes-symptoms/. Symptoms of diabetes do not develop overnight and will not go away overnight once you start treatment or make lifestyle changes.
