Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
Not heard of it till just now when I googled it to have a look after reading this thread, let me know what its like if you order it Nigel, i'll let you be the guinea pig :wink:
