Why didn't anyone think of thst before.

Actually I find most guys either know someone with it or are reassured after a few questions or brief explanation.

Hi all, I've been on dateing sites and didn't have much luck, to many marriwd men wanting fun, but met my partner on a cam chat site lol, he got me an interview where he was working at the time, although I didnt get the job and we lost touch for nearly 2 years when we did get back in touch it was like we hadn't been separated at all, were now engaged and happy as ever.

Good luck with your expedition in online dateing and be careful and plan ahead.

Kelly :p

People that can't listen to other people's opinions.
People that can't say sorry.
I met and married my 2nd hubby from a newspaper ad he placed... He put 'mongrel looking for pedigree'... I responded because I thought he liked dogs!!!
His friends thought he was drunk...! But no he was sober and he did like dogs... ( pretty obvious from my sign on name now!!).

We met and married within 5 weeks. This is our 18th year together...

So there's a success story for dating sites... ( there wasnt internet date sites in those days).

I did another two dates of guys via the same route before meeting my hubby... These guys were gorgeous, lovely and pretty **** wealthy too, but not for me.

Niwadays I think you need to put safety as a priority via the internet...

I met my husband on a Dating website in the early days of internet dating 11 years ago-he was the second guy I met and we hit it off straight away. I was 40, he was 44.

It wasn't always easy at first as we had both been married before but had been on our own for a few years and were a bit set in our ways! However, love blossomed and we grew together. We married in September 2009 and are very happy.

The funny thing is we lived in the same town but would never have met through the usual channels because we didn't socialise in the same places!

He always tells people now that he bought me on ebay!

Lol!! Love it Bernskins!!!

My hubby came from up North.. I a Southerner..
I had difficulty understanding his accent originally...

He says that I misheard him him.. He reckons he said to me 'do you want a murray mint' and I (not understanding his accent) thought he said ' do you want to marry me?'

Actually.. After 4 weeks he said.. I'm going to marry you one day...i said.. 'next week?' he said 'friday?' and that was it... 5 weeks and married.. Neither sets of parents knew!! We married 19 Dec... It took him till Christmas day to tell his mum n dad!!!

I met my partner 10months ago on pof. I joined because it's quite hard to met men the 'normal' way these days. We msgd and chatted back and forth every day for 6weeks before we actually met up.

10months in we are looking at houses and engagement rings and I couldn't be happier :-D

It worked well for me as I had a weariness of men I met in bars etc and usually disregarded them for silly reasons whereas through the Internet I got to know him to an extent before we met.

Yes there are a lot of weirdos on dating sites but there are also a lot of weirdos in the streets. Take a chance! What's for you won't go past you <3 xx
