hi ive not been on the forum for a while ive sort of fallen off the wagon .id like to know how everyone is managing to stay good ,H0w do you satisfy a sweet tooth or do you just learn to stop your self and if you watching tv at night and fancy a munch what do you do ? i started off well and had a great result on my bloods last time even though my cholesterol had gone up when i had cut out everything i was told to ?( strange) now im finding that because i know i shouldnt eat it i want it more and have started cheating. :roll:
