Food so far today

Waking BG 7.9
Pre lunch BG 6.7 ~ lunch ~ tin tuna and bistro salad an hr later was hungry so had a piece cheese
Post lunch BG 7.0

Need to adapt diet somewhat as need to lose lots of weight (not overnight of course but diet needs tweaking)

today so far

breakfast
banana, 1 tbs cream, 2 eggs and 2 bacon

Lunch
beef and celery soup (homemade), cheese. an apple and 2 squares dark chocolate lindt 85% (last of the chocolate)

Dinner (plan is)
braised hearts with onions, stock and spinach plus a slice of honeydew melon

thoughts people input needed

am 26 st 6.5 lbs want to be losing about 2-4 lbs a week which is safe at this level of weight (of course drop the chocolate) but am thinking of adding mushrooms to breakfast to increase veg and fruit portions

the beef soup was made with 400g mince beef, 1 stock pot and packet of celery (made 4 portions from it)
cheese usually 40g
small apples this week
bananas are going to be a treat from Monday as high in carbs switching to berries etc just one portion a day tho need to increase veggies more

thinking cooked breakfast with mushrooms
and large salad other meal with fish or cheese or meat plus berries and 1 tbs of cream
a soup one meal or stew or casserole with an apple or a pear
