I've been type 1 for 29 years and am due to be collecting my new pump on Tuesday. I'm really looking forward to it as I feel it will allow me much more flexibility than my current MDI regime does. I am very active and having the ability to change the basel rate depending on my exercise is probably the thing that I am most looking forward to.
Does anyone have any tips or advice for a new pump user?
