Extracting blood for testing

Hi,

This last week I've been finding it really hard to extract enough blood for testing. I use the deepest setting on my lance and I still just get a small drop. It's a bit annoying cos I've wasted a couple of test strips and as a type 2 those strips are rare and precious!

hi ya, I always make sure my hands are nice and warm before testing, and I also flex my hand like making a fist and open hand a few times, never have any problems that way
